Michael Roviello

Michael Roviello is the founder of Optimyze Mind Body Breath, a human optimization center in Phoenix that focuses on empowering individuals to enhance their health through natural therapies. As a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor, Michael conducts workshops globally, emphasizing the integration of breathing exercises, commitment, and cold therapy into daily life. Previously, Michael served as the Senior Director of Military Operations for the University of Phoenix, managing student lifecycle support for military-affiliated students, and held various leadership roles in the U.S. Navy, where expertise in aviation warfare and search and rescue operations was developed. Michael holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master’s in Adult Education and Training, alongside certifications in self-expression and leadership.
