Talal Shahid

Talal Shahid has extensive experience in operational management and industrial engineering, currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at WiMetrix- Industrial Data Intelligence since December 2019. Previous roles include Senior Business Project Manager at Challenge Group Pakistan, where responsibilities involved process improvement, cost reduction, team building, and productivity enhancement. Talal held the position of Manager of Industrial Engineering at Ambition Apparel and served as Deputy Manager at Advance Fashion Pvt Limited (US VIII) US Apparel & Textiles Group. Early career experiences include roles as Assistant Manager and Management Trainee Officer at Crescent Bahuman Ltd. Talal holds a degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Punjab University-Institute Of Quality and Technology Management and completed pre-engineering studies at Garrison College.
