Christian Malubag

Christian Malubag currently serves as the Director of Delivery at Wimmer Solutions, starting in May 2024. Previously, Christian held the position of Vice President for BGC and Cebu Operations at MicroSourcing from June 2008 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing up to 2,300 FTEs across multiple sites and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth in offshore operations. Prior experience includes serving as Project/Operations Head for a major technical account, overseeing the largest project and an additional 1,300 FTEs, and functioning as the primary escalation executive for operational issues. Additionally, Christian worked as Vertical Market Manager at TNT, leading the Fast Moving Consumer Goods vertical within the Major Accounts Department. Academic qualifications include a BSBA in Business, Management, Marketing from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and an MBA from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
