Sebastian Soldo has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Sebastian is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Win Systems, where they lead HR operations in multiple countries and develops HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Prior to that, they worked at AXA Partners as a Senior HRBP & Talent Attraction Manager, where they developed talent management protocols, implemented optimal operating models, and designed onboarding processes.
