Thomas Fredrick

Thomas Fredrick has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Thomas began their career in 1992 as a Network Installer and Programmer for Anasys. Thomas then moved to Associated Bank in 1995 where they worked as a System Administrator. In 1996, they joined Jannsen & Company, S.C. as a Shareholder and IT Consultant. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Board of Directors for Muskego Wind Lake Youth Football. In 2011, they became the President of Muskego Youth Football, a non-profit community group providing football for players from 1st-8th grade in Muskego, WI. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an IT Consultant for SMB Group, LLC, a strategy-focused consulting firm specializing in providing the healthcare, financial services and education industries with efficiency and risk management. Since 2017, they have been working as a Customer Success Manager and Sales Engineer, as well as a Product Owner, for WIN Technology.

Thomas Fredrick's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Cardinal Stritch University, which they obtained between 1991 and 1993. Thomas also attended Thomas More High School between 1982 and 1985. Additionally, Thomas has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) in May 2022, a Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) from Scrum.org in April 2019, a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in July 2018, and a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in July 2018.
