Charlie Field

Charlie Field is the Founder and CEO of Win Win Advisors, a company established in 2013 to facilitate growth for entrepreneurial professionals through Talent, Technology, and Training services. Prior to this, Charlie served as Vice President and General Manager of the New England Region at Windstream from 1998 to 2013, successfully managing multiple transitions and leading the market to significant revenue growth. Achievements at Windstream included receiving the Chairman's Club award multiple times and being recognized as Vice President of the Year in 2008. Charlie's career began at MCI Telecommunications Corporation as an Account Executive, and includes other notable roles at PAETEC, where market expansion and strategic initiatives were a focus. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
