Johanna Harris

Johanna Harris is a mediator certified by the Attorney-Client Mediation and Arbitration Service of the Los Angeles County Bar Association since July 2019, and operates as a mediator within their own firm. In addition to mediation, Johanna serves as Vice President and Board Member for the Westside Infant-Family Network and the Human Health Project, respectively. Johanna is the originator and author of "Providence Rules," a publication focused on community governance. As CEO of Hire Fire and Retire, Johanna specializes in executive coaching and employee relations consulting. Previous roles include board positions at Stages of Freedom and Preserve Rhode Island, and serving as Commissioner on the Board of Licenses for the City of Providence. Johanna holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
