Farm Operations Team

The Farm Operations Team at Winbak Farm oversees the daily care and management of the farm's extensive equine assets. This team includes the Broodmare Manager, who supervises the breeding and care of mares; the Head Trainer, responsible for training and preparing horses for competition or sale; and the Farm Foreman, who coordinates labor and farm maintenance. The Farm Veterinarians ensure the health and wellbeing of all horses, providing medical care and preventive treatments. The NY Farm Manager oversees operations at the New York location, ensuring consistency in quality and care across state lines. Collectively, this team ensures that Winbak Farm maintains its standards of excellence in breeding, raising, and managing top-quality Standardbred horses.
