Gavin Sawtell is a seasoned digital and customer experience leader with extensive experience in driving digital product strategies and optimising customer journeys across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Digital and CX Product at Winc Australia since April 2022, Gavin previously held significant roles at WooliesX and Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included leading digital ecosystem products and enhancing digital sales through data-driven insights and conversion optimisation. With a background in managing high-performing teams and a strong focus on customer-centric strategies, Gavin has also contributed to CommSec and G2 Australia Pty. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information & Communication Technology with a major in Business Information Systems from the University of Wollongong and RG146 certification in Financial Advice from Deakin University.
