Marcus Whitelaw

Marcus Whitelaw is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Winc Australia since September 2018, where responsibilities include partnering with the Executive Leadership Team on critical HR issues, developing HR plans, and managing employee relations and engagement across multiple locations. Prior to this, Marcus held roles at OfficeMax Australia, Target Australia, and Coles, where achievements included leading organisational change, improving employee experience, and reducing absenteeism and workers' compensation costs. Marcus began a career at McDonald's Australia, progressing through various management roles. Academically, Marcus holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Graduate Diploma in HR & IR from Western Sydney University.
