James Hope

James Hope currently serves as the Head of Automation & Engineering at Wincanton, leading key initiatives in automation projects, engineering services, logistics services, and facilities management since August 2015. His previous roles include Automation Projects Manager and Network Systems Development Manager, where James specialized in engineering, project management, and continuous improvement in logistics systems. James has a solid background in software development and systems support from his tenure at DHL and TDG Logistics, where responsibilities included managing teams, delivering WMS changes, and data analysis. James holds certifications in Prince2 project management and CI Lean Six Sigma and has a foundational education from King Edward VII Upper School and 6th Form.
