Mark Goodayle

Mark Goodayle has over 34 years of experience in the logistics and warehousing sector, currently serving as SHEQ Manager at Wincanton since August 1989. In this role, Mark oversees the Cormar Carpet and Marks & Spencer home delivery contracts, managing operations at the Cormar site in Hemel and eight additional sites nationwide for M&S. Responsibilities include promoting health and safety, as well as writing and reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of work for the depot. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Senior Section Manager at Wincanton, managing a team in a chilled FMCG operation. Mark's career began at Travis Perkins plc, where Mark served as Section Foreman, managing a team and ensuring stock integrity for trade and DIY customers. Mark attended Aylesford Secondary School.
