Alexa Müller

Alexa Müller has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate. Alexa currently works at Wincasa as a Real Estate Site Manager and Shoppingcenter Leiterin. In this role, they are responsible for operating and managing shopping centers, including administration, technology, marketing, and project management. Alexa leads a team of five employees and actively manages relationships with tenants, owners, customers, and local stakeholders. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Center Manager at Wincasa.

Before joining Wincasa, Alexa worked at Genossenschaft Migros Zürich as a Projektleiterin Expansion/Entwicklung and Projektmitarbeiterin Expansion/Entwicklung, where they were involved in expansion and development projects.

Previously, they worked at H&B Real Estate AG as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant, and they also gained experience as an intern at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in the Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management department.

Alexa Müller obtained a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Facility Management from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in 2014-2017. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Immobilienwirtschaft (BSc) at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, they completed their Master's degree (MSc) in Real Estate from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2020 to 2022.
