Donia Bougatf

Donia Bougatf has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Donia started their career as a Call Center Agent at Sunrise Communications AG in 2007 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Salt Mobile SA as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Team Leader Backoffice, Number Portability & Outsourcing Partner Coordinator. Donia worked at Salt Mobile SA until 2016.

In 2017, Donia joined Wincasa as a Teamleiterin Customer Value Center, where they worked until 2019. Donia then joined the Kaufmännischer Verband Bern as a Prüfungsexpertin in 2019. Donia is currently working at Wincasa since 2020 as a Senior Teamleiterin Operations.
