Evelyne Pfyl

Evelyne Pfyl currently serves as Senior Projektleiterin Bewirtschaftung Operation at Wincasa since October 2025. Prior professional roles include Niederlassungsleiterin at PRIVERA AG from July 2019 to August 2025, and experience in Asset Management at Suva from July 2013 to June 2019. Previous positions also include Immobilienbewirtschafterin at Sunnmatt Immobilien from September 2006 to June 2013 and a foundation in real estate and fiduciary services as an apprentice at Consulca SA from September 2003 to August 2006. Evelyne Pfyl is pursuing advanced education at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, focusing on a MAS in Real Estate Management and several CAS qualifications related to real estate management, asset management, and operations. Earlier training includes degrees in kinesiology and real estate management from various prestigious institutions.
