N. W.

N. W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the banking and real estate industries. They started their career in 2001 with a commercial apprenticeship at Meier Treuhand & Verwaltungs AG, which lasted until 2004. In 2005, N. W. gained practical experience in trust work at OTW Treuhand AG for six months. Later that year, they joined Juwo as an assistant property manager, a role they held until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, N. W. worked as an assistant property manager at Krummenacher & Partner AG. In 2010, they transitioned to a junior property manager position at Colliers International, where they worked until 2012. N. W. then joined Livit AG Real Estate Management as a junior key account manager, a role they held for five years. In 2017, N. W. became an asset manager at Swiss Finance & Property Group, a position they held until July 2018. Finally, in June 2019, N. W. joined Wincasa as a client advisor in the banking sector and quickly advanced to the position of senior key account manager in January 2020.

N. then pursued further education in the field of Immobilienbewirtschaftung at SVIT from 2010 to 2012, earning a degree as an Immobilien Bewirtschafterin mit eidg. FA. In 2015, they attended the ZHAW School of Engineering, where they studied CAS Immobilienökonomie. Additionally, N. W. has obtained certificates in Immobilienbewertung and bauliche Kenntnisse from SVIT.
