Martin Lopez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in architecture and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Pre-Starts at Winchester Carlisle Companies since June 2024, Martin previously held the position of Studio Director at Midtown Architects and Residential Studio Director at Bush Architects. Martin’s career began at Grand Homes, progressing from Architectural Draftsman to Architecture Manager, with significant responsibilities in managing customer design changes and revitalizing older home plans.
