Jennifer Milburn

Jennifer joined the WDMH Board in 2021 and is looking forward to this community involvement, having recently moved with her husband and daughters to the Winchester area in 2020. She has extensive experience in health administration, maternal/child health, laboratory medicine, and public health as the Executive Director of Newborn Screening Ontario at CHEO. She has also filled leadership roles in CHEO’s COVID-19 response, BORN Ontario, and on the Board Finance Committee of the Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre. Jennifer has an undergraduate degree in Biology and Biotechnology from Carleton University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa.
