Katie Blevins Rector

Katie Blevins Rector has extensive experience in both emergency medical services and logistics management. Currently serving as an Emergency Medical Technician with Winchester Fire-EMS since April 2022, Katie previously held various roles at Lockheed Martin from January 2017 to October 2021, including Logistics Management Analyst Supervisor and Program/Customer Service Representative. At Toyota Tsusho America, Katie worked as a Purchasing Coordinator from October 2013 to December 2016, specializing in procurement for automotive industries, while also driving new business development. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Training Specialist at Ashland Inc from May 2011 to October 2013, focusing on customer service training. Katie's career began in the US Army as a Patriot Systems Repairer from February 2003 to February 2006. Katie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Kentucky, earned between 2008 and 2012.
