Catharine Robertson

Catharine Robertson is the VP of Physician Services at Winchester Hospital. Catharine has been with the company since November 2014, and in their current role, they oversee the operations of multiple strategic entities, including a $40 million physician corporation and the Winchester Physician Hospital Organization.

Under their leadership, the Winchester Physician Hospital Organization has grown to include 57 primary care physicians. Catharine has also established vision and goals to support the operations of Winchester Physician Associates, Inc., an employed physician group comprised of over 100 providers spread over twenty sites.

Robertson works with the Lahey Health Systems senior leadership to expand primary care access within the community, promoting physician satisfaction, retention and recruitment. Catharine also oversees the local accountable care unit within the Lahey Clinical Performance ACO operations, which has grown the patient base from 6,000 to 8,000 over its three year term.

Catharine Robertson has a Masters in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University's College of Liberal Arts.

Catharine Robertson works with Jacqueline Paolino - Weight Loss Surgeon, Soumya Ganapathy - Physician, and Darius Ameri - Medical Director. Catharine Robertson reports to Dana Zitkovsky, Chief Medical Officer.
