Lee Burgess

Lee Burgess has extensive experience in product management and business development within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Winchester Interconnect since October 2024, Lee previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Interplex from October 2019 to October 2024, focusing on the growth of the Medical Division. Prior roles include Global Business Development and Sales Director and Vice President of Sales at ISC Engineering, West Coast Regional Sales Manager at Amphenol Alden, and various positions at Smiths Connectors, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and business development for medical interconnects across multiple regions. Lee's career began in engineering roles at Heenan Drives LTD after graduating from Worcester University.
