Jillian Jurilla

Jillian Jurilla has extensive work experience in the banking industry, holding various leadership roles. Jillian began their career at The Taylor Group as a Marketing Communications Specialist, responsible for managing a significant trade show and sponsorship budget. Jillian then joined Citizens Bank as a Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the operations of 11 branches. Jillian later transitioned to East Boston Savings Bank, where they served as Vice President, Retail Sales and Delivery Manager, as well as First Vice President, Regional Retail Manager, Emerging Markets. At East Boston Savings Bank, they were responsible for managing new branch development, supervising branch performance, and leading business development efforts. Most recently, Jillian joined Rockland Trust as the First Vice President, District Manager, where they directed and managed all aspects of retail branch growth, sales, customer experience, and operational integrity for an 11-branch district. Currently, they are employed at Winchester Savings Bank as the SVP of Consumer and Business Banking.
