Sean Fortier, an ITIL certified professional, currently serves as the AVP of Technical Services at Winchester Savings Bank since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sean spent over four years as a Client Services Supervisor at East Boston Savings Bank, managing day-to-day operations, mentoring helpdesk technicians, and overseeing the administration of various IT systems and applications. Sean's experience also includes working as a Desktop Support Technician at Sports Medicine North, where software and hardware incidents were diagnosed and resolved, and previously as a Courier/Facilities Technician at East Boston Savings Bank, where Sean set up computer systems for branch openings.
