Donald Ballard, MBA, currently serves as a Technical Services Specialist in Marketing at Winchester Ammunition, a position held since October 2013, where responsibilities include answering technical inquiries about products and ensuring the accuracy of technical data in publications and on websites, as well as hosting clients at events. Prior to this role, Donald worked as a Marketing Services Associate at Olin Corporation from July 2011 to October 2013, focusing on customer quality issues and relaying feedback to manufacturing for product improvement. Donald earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McKendree College between 2013 and 2015, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
