Richard Tinham

Richard Tinham has extensive experience in legal practice, currently serving as the Managing Partner and Partner and Head of Corporate, Banking and Finance at Winckworth Sherwood LLP since September 2000. In this role, Richard provides expert advice on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including partnership structures, business acquisitions and disposals, outsourcing arrangements, and information technology projects. Richard previously held the position of Assistant Solicitor in the Commercial Department at Winckworth Sherwood LLP and served as a Non-executive Director and Company Secretary for Better Bankside from April 2012 to June 2014, contributing to the growth of commercial activity in the London Bankside area. Richard began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Winckworth Sherwood LLP in September 1998 after completing a Law degree at UCL from September 1994 to June 1997.
