Michael Collar

Michael Collar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael served as the Mayor of City of Lake Winnebago, Missouri in 2020. Prior to that, they were the President of Winco Fireworks International, LLC since 1999. Michael has also been actively involved in the fireworks industry, holding positions such as Past President & Current Executive Board Member at American Fireworks Standards and American Pyrotechnics Association. Michael has also worked as an Executive Producer Pyrotechnics for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1987 to 2014. Additionally, Michael has held leadership roles in Lake Winnebago HOA, Sigma Chi Fraternity, Zenith Specialties, and National Pizza Company.

Michael Collar attended Colgan Catholic High School from 1976 to 1980. Following high school, they then enrolled at Pittsburg State University from 1980 to 1984 where they studied Marketing.
