Adalberto Lara-Urquiza

Adalberto Lara-Urquiza is an experienced professional in global human resources technology, currently serving as the Director, Global Human Resources Technology at Diebold Nixdorf since July 2016. Responsibilities include designing and implementing global HRIS solutions utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud and other technologies to support the needs of the Human Resources community across 60+ countries. Previous roles at Diebold Nixdorf encompass Senior Manager and Manager in similar capacities. Prior to this, Adalberto held positions at Penske Truck Leasing, overseeing HRIS operations for approximately 24,000 associates across multiple countries, and contributed as an eHR Project Manager and Application Developer at firms including Keane and Softtek. Adalberto holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
