Jason Goldstein

Jason Goldstein leads the firm’s investment structuring and execution. Jason co-founded Gravity Midstream, an EnCap Flatrock backed midstream energy company. At the same time, he managed a physical oil trading and liquid petroleum storage terminal business for a separate entity. Jason started his career in investment banking, specializing in institutional private placements and leveraged finance. He earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and received his BSE from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
