Jie Jia began their work experience in 2007 as a Platform Software Engineer at ST-Ericsson. They then worked at IGT from 2010 to 2015 as a Software Engineer III. In 2015, Jie Jia joined Zenjoy Limited as a Backend Engineer. Their most recent role was at Wind Mobility, where they started in 2018 as the Head of Server and later became the Director of Software Engineering in January 2021.

From 2002 to 2006, Jie Jia attended Northwestern Polytechnical University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
