Laxmy Nair is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in both financial services and customer care. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Wind Pioneers since April 2019, Laxmy Nair previously held the role of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on regulatory reporting and monitoring from May 2015 to August 2016. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Manager at Morgan Stanley, managing fixed income electronic trading entitlements between August 2006 and February 2014, as well as roles in customer support at IBM Daksh and Eserve International Ltd. Laxmy Nair is pursuing a Master’s of Commerce at the University of Mumbai.
