Vishal Murali is a Specialist Engineer in Wind & Site at Wind Pioneers since June 2019, focusing on pre-feasibility assessments, wind data management, and the development of in-house tools and software. Prior to this role, Vishal completed a Master Thesis Project at Delft University of Technology, exploring the inventory and modeling of objective functions for the optimal design of offshore wind farms. In 2017, Vishal interned at the National Institute of Wind Energy, where the focus was on the techno-economic feasibility of offshore wind farms in Tamil Nadu. Early career experiences include internships at Chennai Port Trust and Tata Projects, gaining insights into coal-based power plant operations and design elements. Vishal holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
