Dale Heath (MBA, CSM)

Dale Heath, an MBA and CSM, has diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dale has held various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Dale's most recent role was as a Contractor Business Analyst at Wind River Environmental since April 2023.

Prior to that, Dale worked at John Hancock from April 2019 to March 2023 as a Project Manager, where they led the migration of on-premise apps to the Azure cloud and served as an Agile Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for the Investment Management IT team.

From October 2017 to November 2018, Dale worked at City Year as a Senior Project Manager on the Information Technology Services team. Dale was responsible for delivering reports on PowerBI and Azure Data Mart architecture and researching and documenting assessment requirements.

Before City Year, Dale worked at Fidelity Investments from 2011 to 2017. Dale served as a Director of Project Management Office, overseeing application development teams and managing the Waste Information Network (WIN) application suite. Within Fidelity Investments, they also worked as a Senior Director - Technology Product Management, Senior Director - Platform Technology Management, Director of eBusiness, Director of Institutional Brokerage Group Technology, and Senior Business Analyst.

Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Dale worked at Clean Harbors as a Director of Project Management Office and Project & Development Manager, and at Bank of Boston as a Senior Systems Consultant. Dale also gained experience at Mountain Bell as a Programmer/Analyst.

Overall, Dale Heath's work experience spans various industries and they have held positions in project management, technology product management, business analysis, and strategic roles.

Dale Heath completed their education with a Master's degree in High Tech MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. This educational journey took place from 2003 to 2006. Earlier, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at DeVry Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1986.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dale also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
