Katie Dulleakellegrew, SHRM-CP

Katie Dulleakellegrew, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katie began their career as a Legal/Marketing/HR Intern and Admin. Assistant at EMPTORIS, INC in 2006, where they gained valuable experience in the legal, marketing, and HR fields. In 2012, they transitioned into the entertainment industry, working as an Entertainment Professional at Independent Entertainment Professional and later as a Key Production Assistant at AFI. Katie also worked as a Receptionist/PA at Psyop Production during that time.

In 2014, Katie briefly took on roles as an Art Director at Heckfire Films and The Wedding Invitation. Katie then joined LKG-CMC, Inc as a Human Resources Assistant in 2016, where they assisted with HR tasks and support. In the same year, they joined Regal Medical Group as an HR Generalist, where they played a vital role in maintaining relationships and collaborations between departments, managing leave of absence cases, and overseeing worker's compensation administration.

Katie's career continued to progress as they took on the role of Executive Assistant to the SVP of Human Resources at Regal Medical Group, where they assisted in high-level projects and initiatives and administered various programs. In 2019, they joined Wind River Environmental as a Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager in December 2020.

Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated a strong background in HR management, including leave of absence management, progressive discipline guidance, and streamlining department and company-wide projects. Katie possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and has experience working with outside legal counsel.

Katie Dulleakellegrew, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing for Film and Television from Emerson College from 2008 to 2012. Katie also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Media Arts during the same period at the same institution. In June 2019, they obtained their certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
