Lara Waldman

Lara Waldman serves as a Senior Corporate Counsel and Legal Manager at Wind River since October 2011, focusing on legal guidance related to intellectual property, compliance, litigation, and business development. Previously, Lara held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Ivalua and served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Accuray, where responsibilities included resolving intellectual property and commercial issues and negotiating contracts with healthcare institutions. Early in the career, Lara worked as an Associate at Mount & Stoelker, gaining expertise in intellectual property law, and interned as a Bar Certified Law Clerk at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office. Lara's academic credentials include a Masters of Law in Intellectual Property Law and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts from UC San Diego.
