Shantanu Gudihal

Shantanu Gudihal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and advisory roles, currently serving as a Product lead for Wind River Studio since October 2023. Previously, Shantanu contributed as an Advisor at theboardiQ from January 2020 to January 2024, focusing on company strategy and product thought leadership. Shantanu held the position of AI/ML Advisor at Archer and worked at Microsoft from March 2021 to September 2023, improving the Azure Marketplace experience for partners. As Head of Product for Text Analytics at Pegasystems from April 2014 to March 2021, Shantanu defined NLP strategies and significantly drove revenue growth. Shantanu founded MeshLabs, acquiring notable clients and successfully exiting through acquisition by Pegasystems. With earlier experience at Sun Microsystems and Oracle, Shantanu holds an MBA from The Wharton School, along with other advanced degrees from prestigious institutions.
