Alberto Vergara

Alberto Vergara has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Device Business Go to Market & Special Projects at Wind Tre since November 2016. In this role, Alberto is responsible for B2C marketing of mobile and home devices, overseeing go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and co-marketing initiatives with global manufacturers. Previously, Alberto held various positions at Wind from April 1999 to October 2016, including Head of Device Offering and Marketing Handsets Senior Manager, where responsibilities encompassed defining device portfolios and managing product offerings. Early career experience includes roles as a System Engineer at ObjectWay S.p.A. and a researcher at the National Research Center. Alberto holds an M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
