Davide Ferrarese currently serves as Head of Digital Channels and Marketing Operation at Wind Tre since July 2018, focusing on the development of a multi-service digital strategy to enhance customer experience across various segments. Previously, Davide held the position of Head of Customer Experience, managing digital touchpoints for both B2C and B2B markets, leading agile teams totaling around fifty full-time employees. Earlier in their career, at 3 Italia S.p.A., Davide was Customer Operations Manager, directing processes and quality assurance for contact centers and overseeing non-human channels. Davide also worked as a Project Manager at Fastweb Italia, where responsibilities included customer support service design for Call Centers during the startup phase.
