Giorgia Mollo has extensive experience in human resources and business analysis, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Compensation Benefits at Wind Tre since May 2020. Prior to this role, Giorgia worked at Wind Telecomunicazioni Spa for over 23 years, holding various positions including Planning and Reporting, where responsibilities included performance analysis, business intelligence system management, and revenue forecasting projects. Additionally, Giorgia co-founded an innovative start-up in the tourism sector in March 2016 and held multiple roles in market analysis and finance during earlier tenures at Wind Telecomunicazioni and Mercedes Benz Italia. Giorgia holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from La Sapienza in Rome.
