Simona Martiri

Simona Martiri serves as the Technology HR Manager at Wind Tre since January 2017, overseeing a team of seven and aligning people strategies with business needs and objectives. Previously, Simona held various HR leadership roles at Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.a. from December 2003 to December 2016, including responsibilities for employee relations and career development, while ensuring compliance with labor relations and meritocratic policies. Simona began their career at Wind Telecomunicazioni as an HR Business Partner and HR Managerial Assistant, contributing to the management of personnel in key business units. Simona holds a degree in Political Science from Sapienza Università di Roma.
