Shane Connor, CFA, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Park Aerospace Corp. since July 2023. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Huffman Prairie Holdings, LLC, and Managing Partner at Windancer Holdings, LLC, both positions held since July 2018, Shane Connor leads investment firms focused on small- to medium-sized businesses and high-conviction investing. Previous experience includes roles as an Analyst at The Catalyst Group, Inc., and Bares Capital Management, as well as a Research Analyst at River Road Asset Management, where a focus on value-oriented equity investment management was emphasized. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
