Yerai Fernández Gutiérrez

Yerai Fernández Gutiérrez is an R&D Coordinator specializing in technology and innovation at Windar Renovables since February 2021, focusing on establishing connections with technological partners, strategic allies, and authorities for technology-based business development, as well as project management for R&D initiatives. Previous experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Windar Technology and Innovation, where Yerai worked on continuous improvements in manufacturing processes for onshore and offshore wind turbine towers and foundations, with an emphasis on digitalization and Industry 4. Additionally, experience includes a role as a Multisport Monitor at Real Club Náutico de Salinas during the 2019 summer and previous internships within the technical and design department of Windar Renovables. Yerai holds a Master’s in Mechatronic Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Escuela Politécnica de Ingeniería de Gijón, along with a scientific-technical high school diploma from Colegio Salesiano Santo Ángel.
