Emily Dolan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emily currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Richland School District. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Treasurer of the Board for the We Have Hope Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing free education to Pashto-speaking students. Emily also worked as the Director of Development and Executive Director for Cultured Kids Immersion Schools LLC/Cultured Kids of Madison.
Their previous roles include serving as the Director of Agency Accounts at StatePoint Media, Sales Engineering Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Solutions Architect at MetaCommunications. Emily also co-founded and served as the COO of Western Wise, LLC, where they managed a team and supervised independent contractors. Additionally, Emily worked as a Peer Tutor at the Tippie College of Business, as well as Co-Director/Co-Founder of Party in the Park.
Emily gained experience as a Classroom Technology Hotline Assistant at The University of Iowa and interned at Suicide Prevention Services of America. Emily's work experience demonstrates their expertise in marketing, communications, education, team management, and business development.
Emily Dolan attended Rosary High School from 2007 to 2011. Emily then pursued a degree at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2011 to 2016, where they studied Spanish, Business Management, Non-Profit Management, Fundraising, and Philanthropy Communications.

The Windber Area School District is located in western Pennsylvania near Johnstown and is comprised of Windber, Scalp Level and Paint Boroughs and Ogle and Paint Townships. The district serves approximately 8,000 residents. Windber Area School District is proud to offer its students a high quality education while continuing to be fiscally responsible to our taxpayers. Current enrollment is approximately 1400 and a full range of educational services are offered from K-4 through 12th grades. Our strongest assets are our close community ties and a long standing tradition of excellence in the classroom and in extracurricular activities.
