Kishan J. Patel

Kishan Patel is an Associate whose practice focuses on real estate. In that regard, he drafts and negotiates commercial real estate loan documents in connection with acquisitions and sales, financings and refinancings. He also represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions.

Prior to becoming an Associate, he was both a Law Clerk and a Summer Associate with Windels Marx. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Legal Extern with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project. He also served as a Judicial Intern in Middlesex Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Christopher D. Rafano.
