Michael Moriarty

Michael Moriarty is a partner and executive committee member at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, where extensive experience has been gained in representing not-for-profit organizations and financial institutions since 1989. This role involves overseeing a range of lending transactions, loan restructurings, workouts, foreclosures, and asset recovery matters for various foreign and domestic banks and lending institutions. Previously, Michael served as a staff attorney in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Comptroller of the Currency from 1983 to 1987. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University and a law degree from American University Washington College of Law.
