Damon Fetters is an experienced professional with over 25 years in facilities management, real estate, strategic planning, design, and construction management. Currently serving as a REALTOR at Windermere Real Estate-Utah since March 2021, Damon previously held roles including Director of Facilities and Real Estate at SōRSE Technology, and Chief Strategy Officer at University of Washington Facilities. At the University of Washington, responsibilities included leading life cycle solutions and overseeing engineering services and maintenance operations. Prior experience includes leadership positions within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, and Marine Corps Bases Japan, demonstrating a strong background in operations, project management, and infrastructure development. Damon holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.S. in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
