Joan Tate Allen

Joan Tate Allen serves as the Owner and Vice President of Windermere Realty Trust since June 2016, focusing on long-term strategy, communications, community outreach, and company culture. Joan co-owns Windermere Stellar, a leading real estate company in Vancouver, WA, while also holding various leadership roles in non-profit organizations aimed at supporting homeless youth and empowering girls. Joan has directed initiatives for New Avenues for Youth and Bridge Meadows, and contributed to the Windermere Foundation, raising over $3,000,000 for community causes. An experienced real estate broker, Joan began a career with Windermere Real Estate Co. in 1990, following educational achievements at Peabody College of Vanderbilt University and Holland Hall Preparatory School.
