Scott Richards

Scott Richards is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Managing Broker, Premier Director, and Relocation Specialist at Windermere Real Estate since February 2023. Prior to this role, Scott was the Founding Member and Managing Broker at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty from December 2019 to February 2023 and held various leadership positions at Windermere Real Estate from January 2003 to December 2019. Scott also has experience in retail operations as the Director of Retail Operations at Supergo Bike Shops and in sales management as the Director of Sales for the West Region at Specialized Bicycle Components. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from the University of Washington, earned between 1989 and 1993.
