Wendy Medlock

Wendy Medlock is a seasoned professional in real estate administration and transaction management, currently serving as the Director of Transaction Services at Windermere Real Estate since January 2017. With extensive experience dating back to 1996, Wendy has held various positions including Owner of REadmin and roles as a Transaction, Admin & Marketing Specialist at Julie Scozzafave Real Estate and NW LifeStyle Homes. Previous experience also includes a marketing and administration role at Boulevard Benefits Group and a real estate assistant position with Tony Marrese at Windermere Real Estate. Wendy holds a degree in Social Media Technologies and Implementation from the University of Washington, completed in 2011.
