Jeffrey S. Fields

Jeff joined Windes in 2011 and is a partner in the firm’s Tax & Accounting Services department. He is also the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Orange County office. Jeff specializes in serving closely held businesses and their owners, and corporate taxation of middle market companies.

Jeff’s experience ranges from consulting for Fortune 500 companies to tax compliance for small family-owned businesses and corporations, including S corporations. Additionally, Jeff has extensive experience with ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes.

Jeff provides tax services to various industry sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, food service, real estate, oil & gas, professional services, and technology companies, in addition to maintaining a client base of high net-worth individuals.
