Elene Mikadze currently serves as a Digital Advertising Account Manager at WINDFOR'S since September 2023. Prior to this role, Elene held positions including Account Manager at Ad Black Sea - International Festival of Creativity from March 2024 to August 2024, Growth Manager at Kraken from January 2023 to June 2023, B2B Key Account Manager at Upgaming from November 2022 to January 2023, and Medium Business Client Adviser at ProCredit Bank from December 2020 to November 2022, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Communication and Media Psychology from Tbilisi State University (expected July 2025), a Bachelor of Business Administration from Agricultural University of Georgia (2017-2021), and ongoing Master of Arts in Media Arts and Advertising from Tbilisi State Academy of Arts. Elene also gained experience at Tbilisi School of Communication, further enhancing expertise in the field.
